Americans often lead sedentary lifestyles which increase our risk for obesity. There is so much information online touting this and that, it is hard to know what to believe. I wanted to offer a site that provided health and fitness tips that are backed by science.
I have found keeping the weight off is not as easy as it used to be. Health has always been important to me. I had lymphoma when I was a teenager, it was then that I decided to go into medicine. The prior radiation and chemotherapy increase my risk for other diseases, I make a conscious effort to eat good and exercise.

We should all have hobbies, mine is gardening. You may see gardening pictures on by social media sites. I often spend
an hour in the morning pulling weeds, moving rocks and hauling mulch. This is my workout for the day. How do you get your exercise each day?
